Cenitex values the privacy of every individual’s personal and health information and is committed to protecting the information collected and complying with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 and the Health Records Act 2001.
Collection of personal information
When you submit a response to this survey, your information is collected for the purpose of establishing a pool of suitable Victorian public sector candidates for Cenitex customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) research roles.
Any information you have provided may be shared internally at Cenitex and with other government departments/agencies for the further purpose of responding to feedback received as part of this survey and subsequent research.
The results of this survey may be reported in an aggregate form, for operational planning, service discussions and research purposes, including but not limited to presentations, reports and workshops.
You are required to provide this information to be assessed as an eligible Victorian public sector candidate for the above purpose, otherwise we cannot process your survey response.
